Where can I see the list of referrals?

Task accomplishment is the goal of any project. The tasks are very interesting and we all acquire skills together by taking part in the project. The ideas put forward help make the right decision - and this is advertising and trade expansion, a reward system and much more, thanks to the leadership.

How do you plan on keeping the community legit and making it useful for the teams behind the projects as the size of this commumity increases.?

I mean more people making relevant contributuions than just looking for tokens.

I would not like for CH to loose its value when more peolpe join and begin doing some crazy stuff.

Very perspective project with the good team of developers. It is considered that the project is qualitative, it is obvious that the team works and puts in it heart and soul. All of good luck!!!

How do you plan on getting more projects to feed us?

Because for some weird reason I am actually learning from these projects. Not so much about earning YUP anymore. Thats secondary.

1) Do you aim to achieve better than platforms like bitcointalk.org in future? Since the feedback quality is much higher and interface is much clear, I believe that this platform can be a good candidate for hub of all things related to altcoins. 2) Will you add 2FA or other security options for users in future?

Hello team, it would be great to have a way to know when a task already reach is max. We have the expired flag but when a task reach is max we can only know after entering the task. It would be great to have a way of knowing more accurate.
Thanks for the great work ;)

Good point, the idea is allow anonymous accounts when we will integrate phone number to signup, so it reduces the risk of people making shell accounts

I suggest we can login using LinkedIn and email account why not? if people do not one any one knows we already have that in preferences.

Agree, right now finishing up twitter bounty to release, and on our list is linkedin bounty. When we begin implementing that it's much easier to then have linkedin signup be implemented as this kills two birds with one stone. Thanks for your question!

Como vocês avaliam uma boa parceria pro seus projetos futuro?

Really liked the idea. It's great! Also projects seem quite interesting as well. Few remarks about the interface: 1. the window showing projects is too small - I couldn't read what the project does on quite a few of them. 2. There is no clear indication on which tasks are active to take part. All projects that I've been able to look through in about 40 mins had tasks which where already completed.
PS: I also agree with the previous comment - sign up should include email option as well, not just FB and google :)

Ethan Clime

Hey Cezar, cheers for the feedback. Task indicator of completion has the expired blue ribbon. As you see we need to focus on getting businesses to add more tasks. This is why we are in the works of setting up a customer success department to help coach the business to use the app, thus creating more tasks. All current open tasks are on the newsfeed Ie. "Home button" tab. We could have an indicator on the card (a flag for example) (on project page) showing which businesses have open tasks. Could makes sense to increase the card size so the description of the business is more seeable , instead of 9 words on the current project card, but more like a few sentences to showcase before clicking and reading more about the business.

I didn't pay attention to the home page :) as it was not the first place where a newcomer lands. I mean, the site tour forces you to go to a specific page and leaves you there afterwords. So you are left to look around and it's not clear where the active tasks are from the menu. However, yes, the concept of having them on the homepage is extremely good! About cards you just read my mind. This is exactly what I meant. Also, it is possible not to increase the card but to give the project creators a special space where they should write a brief intro of the project in a specific number of symbols. It will be visible only in the card and when someone clicks and goes to that project then the full info will come out. I guess it should solve the problem. Otherwise, there always be a scarcity of the size.

i really dnt like the google and facebook sign in method. make email sign up method.
many people dnt like to share their privacy and secondly remove the filthy image at sign in page. thank u

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

Note taken. The reason we have privacy was meant for people who requested they didn't want to showcase the amount of money they have made... as in the future when our app picks up, and more money is being made, people would like that privacy. People are not always inclined to tell the world their salary, so similar reason we implemented that from user feedback. Maybe instead we still showcase their activity and bio, but not money, so that could be one way to have a privacy balance. Regarding filthy image, are you referring to our landing page that you don't like?

Ok, the reason you can't withdraw the additional YUPs is you need a minimum of 500 YUPs to withdraw... so your 380 needs to be above 500 YUPs. The reason we have this in place is because there is an average of 15 cents we are charged as the mining fee.

Do you have a timetable for it to be possible to withdraw deeponions? or other alternative non ethereum coin/ tokens?

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

Shortly we push the features we had been working on, such as FB bounty, new admin module, in addition to a better moderation system (and a bit more). After this, we have a new list of priorities for next push. This involves Twitter bounty, and few other things, but more importantly connecting to Waves as they have a better market share after Ethereum. We have one project in Waves right now with other leads in our pipeline. So we want to start with that, then move to other blockchains like Deep Onion. Keep mind, we need to prioritize, thus we may do a hack where we send out a task/email to Deep Onion CH receivers on our app and we will send the tokens from our end. I am curious to see how Deep Onion fairs since the community took over the project from the founders. Future will determine if the need to put time connecting with them or look for others that show a strong vision who want to join us and be active. But right now I want to prioritize on governance blockchains, as businesses can create tokens using smart contracts which adds more businesses to our pool.

If i can cash them out for yups, i'm also interested. Great answer, more complete then i asked for. But this shows vision and your not just postponing with a "not yet, not our focus right now". A lot of projects could learn from this actually.

I have a suggestion on challenges the company faces. Vet any lower quality projects. Avoid allowing them on the site. Regardless if they are buying YUP token to offer users. They have the potential to lower Crowdholdings reputation.

Who are your competitors and in which way do you differ from them?

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

We see ourselves to be filling the gap between crowdsourcing and crowdfunding. There is 1 company we see as a direct competitor, but more about it a bit.

Crowdsourcing is a great tool for product design and idea validation. There are players in this space not built on blockchain. The major issue they face is not being able to create an efficient idea sorting mechanism and facing the challenge to produce sufficient amount of challenges to engage the crowd.

Crowdfunding has grown tremendously in the last decade and may companies as well as varieties of crowdfunding have been formed in this period. However, none of them take advantage of ‘’crowd wisdom’’, focusing solely on financing and missing out on this great collaboration process.
The Non-Blockchain sector

Quirky, Innocentive, Crowdicity

Back in the day, one of the most interesting use cases from a business was the company, Quirky. They allowed their users to come up with product ideas they would build. On Quirky, the community members dictate the development of product/project, therefore, many products cannot be supported fully by professional teams. The idea generators received royalties from the sales. However, they discovered massive quality control issues, and tried to build too many products at once. When building products you must go through version 1.0, 2.0 and put time in improvements.

Crowdholding on the other hand, only allows business to initial specific topics which the enterprise is facing, and the crowd provides solutions. In this way, the product development is the hand of the business, and the crowd acts as the idea and solution provider. In this way, the more business can join co-creation, and the quality of the product is controlled."

The Blockchain sector

Crowdsourcing: cofound.it, Bounty0x & Bountyhive
The only company that we consider to be a direct competitor Cofound.it focuses on the premium segment of the market. Taking only a few projects on board, supplying internal expertise and imposing limits on people who can join the co-creation process. They charge much more and predominantly use “experts” rather than thousand of community members.

Bounty0x & Bountyhive focus on crowd-promotion. It’s a great niche, but Crowdholding is focused on HIGH-quality submissions and delightful community engagement. Image it to be similar to airdrop, but tokens will be airdrop-ed in return for quality feedback and ideas from the community, rather than simple social media following and re-sharing. Thus, the Crowdholding community give exceptional answers to business issues and that is crucial for succeeding with developing a business.

Crowdfunding: Acorn & KickICO. We will dive into the crowdfunding aspect of crowd-initiatives in the near future. So these companies are a good example for our future direct competitors in this field. We will be unique compared to them because of our special crowdholding process where companies need to first go through the community-validation steps before launching a crowdfunding campaign. Thus, we ensure only high-standard ICOs make it to this stage. This way we ensure businesses are ready for a crowdsale and that our crowdholders (community members on crowdholding) get priority in the funding of the businesses that have been approved by the crowd.

As mentioned before, the crowdfunding sector is struggling to take advantage of the wisdom of the crowd which ensures a projects actually succeeds after raising capital. And this is how we stand out? Our users co-create, thus giving businesses, community members and investors on our platform better opportunities to succeed. Our app gives direct access for stakeholders to help any company.

How do you plan on attracting, engaging, and retaining users with limited knowledge of crypto?

Souda Denouphab

Denouphab

Attract, engage and retain users with knowledge of crypto.

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

From our research, we have found that the crypto-related market is big, but nowhere as big as the non-crypto. There are multiple times more people who have little to NO idea at all what cryptocurrencies are. We are well aware of this.

It is crucial to understand that the original idea of Crowdholding was suited to be implemented in the non-blockchain market first. In the past, we envisioned users to be awarded with a share of future revenue rather than tokens. We realised that crypto-enthusiasts were more adept to understand a concept of future value (mainly because everybody HODLs coins with the idea of future return). We started in this sector, but we are not limited by it.

We are now actively interviewing our current user-base to understand their motivations and the activities involved in being successful on Crowdholding. We encountered that even when a user had limited knowledge regarding a task, they spent time researching online to provide the best answer. At the same time, taking these finding in consideration, we have created some helpful materials of how to be an amazing crowdholder. We will continue to issue such guides in the future in order to educate the market about both, the co-creation phenomenon and cryptocurrencies.

We plan to attract people with limited knowledge of crypto through different channels, such as events & conferences, Influencers & affiliates, Video & Media coverage as well as through our referral programs. We understood that people in the crowdsourcing sector have no difficulties understanding cryptocurrencies as they are already well-aware of token-remuneration models which are used by companies like Reddit, Star Alliance, Duolingo and others. We found out that it is easier to explain cryptocurrencies to a person who knows about crowdsoucing than to explain crowdsourcing to a person who only knows crypto.

Thanks Tran for the feedback. Corwdholding app is a Responsive Web Design, which means our website can ensure the usability and satisfaction on various devices, which includes mobile and PC.

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

Crowdholding.com is a progressive web app (PWA), which means the website is progressive to look and feel like a native app. And as Shuyong mentioned, "What we use is a responsive web design, which means our website can ensure the usability and satisfaction on various devices, which includes mobile and PC." In addition, allows implementation easier because you don’t have to update two languages. Also to think about, if we put time into making it a full native app, the look and feel would be the same. But then again, people are custom to download a app product from a store in Android or Apple. One quick hack is to ‘download’ the Crowdholding PWA by going into the browser settings on your phone and pressing ‘save icon to home screen’. The icon will appear like a native app icon.

Instead of running computing power from software of what you downloaded with a native app, PWA opens the browser instead on your phone. However, it doesn’t mean we are not examining the possibility to go native. I want to see how tech moves forward in this field, and we make a decision if we see this would be a must go in the future. Apple has shown to limit a bit the UI for PWA as they see it as a threat to their store. On the other hand, Google has shown pro PWA and supports it. So only time will tell and I look forward to seeing future tech regarding this subject.

Another thing, That sounds like a good use case to lean in the native direction. I was unaware voice activated typing works directly on native apps. Does FB allow you to do voice commands on messenger and it writes it for you? Sounds like the future regardless, so thanks for bringing this up.

What sets the YUP token above the other 1,000's of ERC tokens.

Ethan Clime

CEO of Crowdholding.com

Our planned YUP cycle. All tasks going on our app, are purchased YUPs directly from exchanges from the business who post. By Q4 this is planned to be integrated where businesses top up YUP through an atomic sway of their token or ETH, directly using our user interface with API/bot that purchases the YUP as a medium of exchange. The YUP that was purchased goes to the users. Users then can liquidate to receive disposable income, which is bought by the business (business purchase the YUPs from the users). Thus creating a tokenomic cycle. We plan to either use IDEX for this or a potential future partnership. This system creates organic volume because businesses purchase directly on our app. The more tasks the more volume. Can we predict price going up with more volume? No, but we can guarantee more buyers to YUP, so you can all do the math of the potential ;)

The tokenomic cycle is a promising business model. and IDEX certainly has the volume. I see YUP tokens are trading there. IDAX, Forkdelta are good. Decentralized exchanges are undoubtedly the future way of trading. What do you foresee with Ethereum blockchain and future scalability issues on platform.

How I see it, is Ethereum as we know it is the leader. Roughly 50% of the market they have in the bag right now (and CH is one of those companies in their market as we are erc20) They do claim they can reach the 1million transaction per second mark. When? That's up for debate. So right now, I am betting Ethereum for the time being. However, one concern I have, has to do with the competition of fees. Right now, sending tokens from one wallet to another can cost 15 cents per transactions on the ethereum network. Tools are being built to allow even the YUP to move onto a different governance blockchain. If a new blockchain can nearly have 0 fees to transact, us dapps would get out of Ethereum to save on costs, which would be a massive blow to ethereum's market share. So one hint, if this day comes and we announce YUP will move to a different blockchain, might be a good idea to lower your ethereum stake ;) PS: 100% agree decentralized exchanges are the future, and scalability for us is much easier, as we are a dapp (hybrid system connected to the blockchain) We scale like traditional applications would regarding tech optimization.
