Strategy Task: What ideas can we do to recruit more job posting clients on CT?

Hello Crowdholders,

Last week we launched our Beta 1.0. We appreciate all the CH users who signed up and filled out their profile. The next step for us is to begin finding ways to recruit clients to post jobs on CT.

For the task:

How would you go about getting clients to post jobs?

Do you know of any use cases where a site recruited publishers?

Right now, we are reaching out to crypto companies who have jobs listed. But the process is manual and time-consuming. Listening to some of your approaches will help us fine-tune our time with recruiting clients.

We look forward to your feedback!

Cheers,

CryptoTask Team

as many people here have already said it all i will put the icing on the cake, the main key to a successful advertisement is the work and the strength that one put into it if you do a lot you will get a lot of success if you put in small effort you will get out small result so using the old means a lot of work can be done and then you will get the required results that you want.

The same old way of advertisements et can be used for any project but it just now depends on the effort that one put into it the more effort you put the more returns you will get out of the project.

I will say that organizing self-sponsored tasks or campaigns will be a very good way to push for this to happen, because it will definitely attract users and clients and publishers to the site who will surely see other things in the site and will surely use it for the purpose.

the project is still growing with the right promotion and advertisement many things will happen there and the website and the project will surely increase a lot.

Well first of all, I believe that base for success is definitely good advertising company. Without advertising not enough people will know that you even exist.

Try to spread the word as much as possible. Use Reddit and LinkedIn as free source for advertising, but at the same time do not forget to invest in a proper advertising.  The best way to do it would be to hire someone who knows how to do the job. Marketing seems easy on the surface, but if you want it to be properly done, it needs to be done by experts.

How would you go about getting clients to post jobs?
I would put tasks and advertisements as easily as possible so that they would find it as enjoyable as possible to publish an advertisement
I would hire expert staff in social media, coaching, and other features to carry out the task.

Do you know of any use cases where a site recruited publishers?
Yes, sites like Publisher0x or Bounty0x have been doing it for a while. There you can find many examples and activities needed to carry it out.

very happy that the site has been launched and working. for recruiting purposes, some methods can be used.

1. One of the best methods is to do adverts on LinkedIn or any of such professional social media and such person s can see i and interested person can register for it. other such sites include: redit, github, medium, quora and even Facebook with this everything is surely going to increase from client to traffic for the company.

2. by doing campaign or competition where lots of people can participate and maybe build things and share for others to see, like a banner contest, writing contests or even referral contest.

2. i don know of any use case where such happens but i think that a lot of such will be able to find on the internet.

I have worked on a site where I post a task and determined how much I am willing to pay for job done. Automatically, the payment is deduct from my account

When anyone completes a task, the person sends proof then I either approve or not. Once I approve, the payment is send to the person. If its not approved, the person gets a message with a reason. Deduction and distribution done by the system.

Every new platform and project has a very hard time getting adoption.

Cryptotask has a huge potential, and as latinamerican I know for sure freelance is not known by clienta at all, crypto is not known either...but...this will change fast.

I would use an ambassador program to teach people about blockchain, about freelance opportunities for people and for clients with offline events and personal Contact.

I think a good incentive for employers to post vacancies would be the presence of a large number of registered users. those. I suggest turning the task around. not to look for employers, but to recruit users. Freelancers are a very dynamic and open people. they love everything new. such a platform could be an excellent platform for connecting freelancers and employers from all over the world. Unfortunately, I have not been able to register yet, but I will certainly try in the near future :)

1. Contextual advertising
This is a form of advertising that displays ads according to context. Here is a good example of it:
The user will see you immediately on the first pages of the search. Where your advertisement is located does not depend on where you are located on the SERP. A very common tool for such advertising is Google Adwords.
2. SMM
In the 21st century, social networks are expanding their ranges more and more. The daily number of registrations on various sites is simply staggering. Therefore, promoting the offer on these platforms is a good solution. You can do this with ads, useful posts, interesting photos and contests. You can sell your product / service directly from social networks, collecting an army of loyal fans of your business.
3. Email Newsletter
Almost every Internet user has e-mail. Therefore, email-mailing is an effective channel for attracting customers. With it, you can notify buyers of innovations and various promotions. You can send them utility and offer paid products. Properly built email marketing makes sales more and more customers more loyal.
4. Viral marketing
This type of advertising works for you. It only requires the creation of an original picture, video, audio recording, etc., that could catch the user. In turn, a person who becomes interested will share this with his friends, and they with his ... and so on in the chain. This type of marketing works great on social networks.
5. Teaser advertising
A teaser is such a small message, which is placed with the original picture.
6. Targeted advertising
This type of advertising is strictly shown to those whom it may interest. Such ads are good because they lead to a quality audience - the one that is likely to buy your offer.
7. Outdoor advertising
Such advertising is expensive. It covers a large number of people, it is difficult to miss, not to notice or not pay attention to it.
I think marketing alone is the future for customer acquisition. I used these steps on the site and it helped me. What do you think?

As a marketing professional I would

1. make a top 25 list of recruiting prospects that you want on the CT platform.
2. Start posting all jobs of these parties on the CT platform for 3 months for free.
3. add value to job postings by adding additional info such as company profile or geodata
(distance from the jobseeker)
3. inform the recruiting company that jobs are promoted for free on the CT platform
4. Provide the recruiting company with detailed results such as number of views/clicks per jobposting to prove the value of your platform
5. Make them an offer they cannot resist based on the proof they've experienced
6.create a new top list and start with step one until the platform has enough authority in search engines and starts popping up everywhere

Just a common Crypto enthusiast.. Wait crypto is not common it's special :)

I think considering that crypto industry is still in an early stage and not really matured there is a big demand for freelancers, aprt time workers and remote workers. This also helps the people who apply for these postings as most of the people who publish or write content regularly for crypto are doing it as a side hustle and not as a full time job. To get started try contacting the following as I think they will be interested for sure:

1. Publish0x- Currently one of the biggest publishing platforms with a clear focus on quality crypto content. The user base is growing by the day and they plan to go the next level in 2020 so a good time to collaborate with them. They have already been posting jobs in sites likeCrypto.Jobs for content writers.

2. CoinDesk- One of the most popular news site on crypto related topics whether its for the popular currencies, blockchain projects and global events linked to crypto. They are always in need of good content writers and crypto journalists. A collaboration with them will be beneficial for both parties.

I hope you get some good leads from them. All the best!

1. Social media Influencers
The gig economy is booming and I think with the official launch of Cryptotask, you're ready to cash in on the system as well. Unfortunately, all the stats presented on the gig economy excludes crypto. India's freelance economy is projected to reach some $30 billion in 2025 - this excludes crypto. Freelancers in the US earn more than $1 trillion in income and again, this excludes crypto. One of the best options on cashing in on this system is using social media influencers. There are a lot of them on YouTube and Instagram. LinkedIn also works fine. More importantly, LinkedIn influencers are not heard of much but have very loyal followers that can quickly adopt the platform and spread its use. Recently, because of the clamping down of crypto YouTubers, I advise you to also use Instagram influencers more. For promoting to their followers, you can reward them with CTF or AE tokens. I believe they'll will be willing to promote Cryptotask considering its low fees, smart contracts and unique ways of settling disputes.

2. Bloggers
Please get very influential bloggers to start writing reviews massively about the platform continuously for weeks. What they write does not necessarily have to be the truth. It can work miracles. In 2017, a blogger called Oobah Butler, made his restaurant the number 1 restaurant in the UK just from regular reviews. The amazing thing is, his restaurant DIDN'T EVEN EXIST. He just catapulted his nonexistent restaurant to the top by writing reviews consistently and always improving them. His only headache was people kept calling always to place orders online which he kept finding one excuse or another to reject. Looking at the positive aspect, Cryptotask can employ a similar method. With yours however, you have a real product for verification. It will definitely work.

To get clients to post jobs, try other forums like PublishOx, Medium etc. Also use social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram..You can try Linkdin as well. There is a site called Product Hunt for start-ups. Not sure if you can post jobs there, but worth looking into. Publishox does contests for writers/publishers, perhaps you can implement something similar. I'm sure as time goes on, word of mouth will also help.

I am brand new here, in fact this is my very first reply! I would like to begin with how awesome the concept of this platform is! To incorporate different kinds of projects and rewards for those who interact and respond is great! I love all that is crypto. especially FREE crypto, the best crypto is always free (Or at least easy and fun enough to accumulate or claim.

I am really excited to see such enthusiastic and diverse projects getting around, and the more crypto and blockchain you see, the more it seems to spread like wild fire!

So from my point of view, after 5 or so years delving into and educating myself on the world of crypto and getting my head around what blockchain technology is, I have discovered just versatile and creatively expanding it is and will be.

My suggestion for engaging with people and building a larger audience of active individuals to get involved in crowdholding as publishers, and to gain more activity and interest to be regular and consistantly encourage users to engage with the site regularly, would be of course to offer a rewards program, based on layalty and also popularity regarding content being published or activity (be it clicks, comments, time logged in, and the amount of any kind of growth on the platform).

The rewards would have to be worth something more than just the rewards being offered for tasks, and be valuable enough to keep people coming back to continue accumulating. Some options migyht include a way to cash out, either instantly whenever earned, or at intervals, such as weekly rewards, but untouched rewards should be able to have the ability to grow if not cashed in,

I guess the steemit platform would be what I'd relate what I'm talking about. But Steemit has began to expand into an array of networks and platforms that is growing so rapidly and intergrating with many many different paths.

It would be benficial for any kind of crypto site or project to be able to intertwine and get on board with a huge ready made social media blockchain rewards system, if there's a chance to become a part of something at it's brink of boming (such as all those clever and lucky enough to get involved with something like Facebook before it went sky rocketing to be multi billion dollar platform) Get involved with a way to connect with the people in ways such as steemit, and be a part of the growth and deveopement intself.

This platform has the potential to do really well if you just take a look.

Anyway, if you'd like to check out my profile you can find me here:

steemit.com/@wishmaiden

You can also check out my slave days profile below:

But I just don't use facebook like I used to, unless I'm trying to tell people #DontBeAFacebookSlave, these days i' pro choice, breaking chains, sharing crypto endevours and alternative ways to use the internet and social media in ways that have potential to make you rich.
