iOlite's Smart contract templates/guidelines

Currently, the process starts with the author using iOlite plugin in an Integrated Development Environment. There the author uses available iOlite languages or picks a new one, to write a smart contract. How would you like to have this even simpler, with a pre-defined templates of smart contracts that you can use as a guidelines for creating your smart contract parameters?

We look forward to hear your feedback, challenges and features we haven't thought about.

Yes, having pre-defined templates are good. Maybe you could have 1 for each type of project, with variables, which can be edited for specific use cases, and then shared with the community. If they can be rated that would be good too for thing like quality (bug free), security etc.

Templates are a step in the right direction, drag and drop descriptive elements that skip the whole coding are even better though!

Sound Good. Does your project will have an online IDE (Web App version). And does it requires coding? or non-technical users can easily use the application. And how the non-developers going work with the IDE. And ERC20 is the only one supported or any future plans for NEP5 Tokens?

Oh! Iolite! I remember you guys! I was pretty excited about it and then total silence for months. I was trying to find any updates on your ico and I am confused, has it not happened yet? On your website you mention you have raised 2million which I believe was the same as a couple months ago? Also, wasn't your testnet going to be released? How did it go? As far as your task goes, unfortunately, I don't think I can give any helpful feedback unless I can take a look at the plugin itself. What you describe sounds simple enough, and having pre-defined templates can help. Sample smart contracts from other's who have used your platform perhaps? (this can also help those smart contract creators earn tokens by selling them). But, yeah, that's as much as I can give without seeing the product itself.

I missed your introduction task, so i just read into your project. It looks very interesting, now it's all about delivering in time. Because i can imagine that there is a big and growing demand for this idea, but also other parties who will jump right in your spot given the chance or are working on the same thing as we speak. Given the fact that your product is all about getting the blockchain contracts to mainstream people and give them a way to write smart contracts themselves. I would advice to look into ways to make this even easier. So things like a template would definitely be great. You could also think about tutorials and step by step learning of the basics. I would advice to work with testgroups with no knowledge about writing these smart contracts to really understand what it is that they feel about what they are doing and how the platform works. Just make it as easy as posible. You can also make an advanced version that gives the more advanced people some more freedom to do what they want. You can even use this to test different approaches. If you bring different version to different groups you can see how they perform better/worse if they have acces to certain helping tools or tutorials Maybe make a option to put your smartcontract up for review/audit and reward for making it better or checking if it really does what you want it to do in the best way possible. For me that would give me a more secure feeling about what is created and is would be a way to get some feedback to do things different next time. Even if your platform would work flawlessly for me. An audit function would be exactly what could give feedback that i could do it alone next time! So it basicly is also about the question: what environments can you offer for your customers to safely test/check the smart contract they created. Also giving them confidence to use your platform. If you think about doing somekind of airdrop to attract people to your platform, you can offer them the reward for creating some kind of basic smart contract. After that they know how the basics work and that they can create the smart contracts that easy. Maybe it's even an option to do bounty's for creating pre-defined templates that will help out the newcomers so you can offer a wide variety of posibility. Good luck with the project!
